MATRIX

Description

Matrix is a recycled polypropylene formwork for raised reinforced concrete floors that facilitates the passage of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems.

Unlike raised floors with a metal substructure, Matrix ensures a high load-bearing capacity of up to 15 t/m2, making it suitable for a wide range of buildings, especially those with heavy load requirements.

Matrix allows for quick and intuitive configuration. The base modules create an orthogonal grid that supports precise and flexible MEP positioning. Concrete is then poured onto the upper formwork, creating a walkable monolithic base.

Matrix provides maximum clearance for MEP systems. With only 15 cm total height, Matrix allows a clear height of 10-12 cm and a width of 30-40 cm for installations.

The maintenance of MEP systems is ensured by inspection wells for access to the technical compartment, which can be placed according to project requirements.

The concrete structure of Matrix isolates MEP systems from the floor covering, allowing safe evacuation in case of fire. It also improves floor acoustics and is suitable for any type of finish (laminate, marble, wood, linoleum, etc).
