SKYNET

Skynet is a disposable formwork made of recycled plastic for structural concrete fillings and height compensations.

Compared to unstable and non-durable filling materials such as compacted soil and gravel, Skynet creates high-load ribbed slabs, supported by structural pillars fully compliant with Eurocode (EC2), NTC2018, and ACI213 standards.

Skynet is intuitive and easy to install, allowing a construction time saving of over 80%. It consists of a base grid, Ø250 mm or Ø300 mm tubes for casting structural pillars, and Ø125 mm tubes that support the upper formwork for casting elevated slabs.

Skynet reduces the use of concrete by creating lightweight bidirectional slabs with a height of 25-35 cm. It also leaves Ø125 mm pipes empty during the pouring phase, channeling concrete only to load-bearing structures: the structural pillars and the elevated slab.

Skynet is modular, allowing slab heights of up to 3 m and variable distances between pillars, depending on project requirements.

Skynet can be installed on foundations and expansive soils. Its Base Flex is specially designed to adapt to soil expansions and prevent deformations of the load-bearing structure.
